1.5 km walk on city streets to the local GO bus station (Brampton Term 33C via Rockwood and Acton) - great for anyone without a car.  Sidewalks are ploughed in the winter and there are no busy roads to walk on.

Farm is located on a dead-end paved road.

15 minute drive from the Ontario Veterinary College (U of Guelph), Ontario. 

Your farrier, vet and coaches are welcome.   Grand Prix jumper and European dressage coaches are available for on-site lessons.

No extra charge for fitting horses with blankets, fly masks and boots.  Bandaging and holding horses for the vet/farrier $15 per day when the owner is unavailable.
