CATAPULT UPDATE

Catapult is now in training with Nadia McConnell, a Grand Prix dressage rider. Nadia worked closely with Eva-Maria Pracht, recipient of the Team Canada Bronze medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. He is going beautifully under saddle, and is free jumping through a series of jumps enthusiastically and still without any chute poles/ropes. He will be started under saddle over fences next week. Catapult has also covered 5 mares, all of which are confirmed pregnant. Catapult is a true gentleman and is still a big puppy dog when being handled and is the only horse we have that will give big sloppy kisses to our 7 month old son. Shipped frozen semen will likely be available next year (2010).

NEW PROGRAM!

WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO NOW OFFER A FOAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM!

At SuperiorHorse, we take pride in the offspring produced by our breeding program. We offer rewards for owners of our FOALS that are successful in competition and at inspections. While we have the specific show requirements outlined, we are always open to suggestions.

Rewards are based on performance at inspections and recognized shows (USEF, USDF, EC, etc.) with official proof of sport results (can usually be obtained by the show secretary).

Photos will earn an additional 10 points! Contact us with your results.

FARM UPDATE

We have new photos and some videos of the following horses:

Waltilde - 6-year-old imported bay sabino Dutch Warmblood mare. "Tilly" is for sale and is also in foal to Catapult.

Doramé - Yearling bay sabino Dutch Warmblood filly by Popeye K out of Waltilde. "Dora" is for sale.

Cirque du Soleil - Weanling buckskin Swedish Warmblood filly by For Play (v. For Pleasure) out of Clair de Lune.

BREEDING UPDATE

Clair de Lune (imported premium buckskin Swedish Warmblood) is in foal to Viva Voltaire (Elite Hanoverian) for a May 2, 2010 Swedish Warmblood foal. This foal will be a full sibling to Volaré and is offered for sale in utero. This foal has been fetal sexed (Day 110) and is most likely a colt!

Jamaica (imported premium buckskin Swedish Warmblood) is in foal to Catapult for a May 20, 2010 Swedish Warmblood foal. This foal is offered for sale in utero. Fetal sexing (Day 110) was inconclusive.
